Welcome to Triathlon World!
Swim. Bike. Run. Suffer Beautifully.
Three Sports. One Obsession. Zero Regrets.
Welcome to Triathlon World — your home for all things swim, bike, and run. Whether you are chasing your first sprint finish line or grinding toward an Ironman that will make your legs question every life choice you have ever made, you have found your people. We are athletes, coaches, dreamers, and the occasional masochist who signs up for a 140.6-mile race and calls it a “fun weekend.”
Triathlon demands the endurance of a marathon runner, the power of a cyclist, and the comfort of a fish — or at least a reasonable facsimile of one. It asks you to master three completely different disciplines, then string them together on race day when your body is screaming and your nutrition gel tastes suspiciously like regret. And yet, somehow, we keep coming back. That is not a character flaw. That is called being a triathlete.

What We Are All About
🏊 Training That Works
Evidence-based training plans from sprint distance to full Ironman. We believe in working smarter, not just suffering more — although some suffering is non-negotiable and frankly part of the charm.
⛏ Honest Gear Reviews
No fluff, no sponsored nonsense. Just real reviews from athletes who have actually raced in the gear, crashed in it, or accidentally worn a wetsuit inside-out at 5am. Yes, that happens.
🏆 Race Day Guides
From your first sprint to your bucket-list Ironman, we have course guides, transition tips, and pacing strategies to help you cross every finish line — upright and smiling, ideally.

Ready to Jump In?
At Triathlon World, we believe the sport belongs to everyone — not just the people who make it look effortless on Instagram while somehow also running a sub-7-minute mile off the bike. Our mission is to help you train smarter, race harder, and enjoy every swim, pedal stroke, and painful final kilometre along the way.
The journey of a thousand miles — or in our case, 140.6 of them — begins with a single stroke. Dive in. The water is fine. (Mostly. Always check the race briefing for jellyfish warnings.)
